i recently had to have a tire replaced on my CX5. I had to wait a little while as Marjorie called the insurance company. I don’t know how long I had to wait because Marjorie brought updates regularly making the wait painless. The tire I needed had to be ordered. When I returned two days later I received the same professional and courteous service.
Took my 2014 mazda 3 in for service 3 months overdue and had pushed my luck due to new job. First time in its history needed a bit of tlc that cost about 1650. It was time and I agreed to all the services. Mike discounted some so I was expecting a larger bill. They loaned me a beautiful new cx5 and had me on my way in my sweet car the same day. I’ve used the same dealer for service for both my Mazdas for 15+ years and they seldom disappoint and often go above and beyond. Better each year. Nice, conscientious people.
The people are awesome. I truly could not come up with a better place myself. You are my service department.
I drive 15 minutes just to get my oil changed because I trust their services. They are always willing to answer questions and look at issues to make sure it’s nothing big.
